About The Position
Property Maintenance Technician for 94 units at Ross Hill Retirement Residence. This role involves performing routine maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. The technician will be responsible for completing work orders, refurbishing turnovers, and assisting the custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary. Grounds maintenance and snow removal are also part of the duties. A 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation is required.
Requirements
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, climb, and reach.
- Valid State Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Complete work orders.
- Refurbish turnovers.
- Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary.
- Perform grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Participate in a 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation.
