Requirements

- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Ability to read manuals and find technical info online.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A commitment to safety that’s second to none.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).
Responsibilities
- Keep our buildings in peak condition with top-notch preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Inspect and maintain building exteriors to ensure everything looks and functions perfectly.
- Document your work meticulously and keep accurate records.
- Conduct routine inspections and nip potential problems in the bud.
- Collaborate with a fantastic team and subcontractors on projects.
