About The Position

What You’ll Do As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our community runs smoothly and looks its best: Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance across grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles—efficiently and cost-effectively Perform routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans (weekly, quarterly, annually) Maintain and service key systems and equipment, including: Fire and sprinkler systems Property generators Landscaping and outdoor areas Kitchen equipment Emergency pull cord systems Support HVAC system operation and general facility functionality Order maintenance supplies and collaborate with leadership on larger repair projects and budgeting Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including after-hours emergencies as needed Why Join Primrose? Requirements

  • Previous property maintenance experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and adapt to interruptions
  • Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Willingness to be on call for emergencies
  • A compassionate, respectful approach to working with seniors
  • Professional, positive attitude with residents, visitors, and team members
