Whether you are a seasoned Residential Property Administrator looking to expand your impact, or a Property Manager seeking a more structured, operations-focused role, this is an opportunity to contribute to a team that is building and strengthening its residential portfolio. This role supports on-site presence (minimum 3 days/week) and 2 days in head office, ensuring operational oversight, tenant relations, and reporting requirements are met. The position combines administrative responsibilities with active site engagement, including unit inspections, contractor coordination, and rental operations. This role is critical to maintaining service standards and supporting client retention.
