About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage field services. Property Inspectors are required to visit mortgaged properties to document their occupancy status and physical condition. Using a smartphone app, inspectors will take specific photos, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, rate the property's condition (Good, Fair, or Poor), and answer multiple-choice questions about its state. This is an independent contractor role (1099).
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Responsibilities
