About The Position

This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage companies and banks. The primary responsibility is to determine if a property is occupied or vacant and to document its physical condition. Inspectors will use a mobile app to take photos, report the property's condition (rated as Good, Fair, or Poor), and answer multiple-choice questions about it. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those working in the gig economy (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.).

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Responsibilities

• Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.
• Rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor.
• Take photos of the property using a smartphone.
• Fill out a form on a smartphone using a downloadable app.
• Answer multiple-choice questions about the property condition.
