About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors, also known as Property Inspectors, are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assessing their general condition, taking photos using a smartphone, and reporting findings through a mobile app. The role is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services like Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or Uber Eats, who are looking for flexible work. Inspectors will rate properties as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answer multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
  • Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
  • Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
