About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assessing their general condition (rating them as Good, Fair, or Poor), taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting findings via a mobile app. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those already working in delivery services like Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or Uber Eats.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Nice To Haves

• Good gas mileage for transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.
• Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor.
• Take photos of the property using your smart cell phone.
• Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app.
• Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.
