About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Contractors are Property Inspectors who determine if a property is occupied or vacant. They rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor, and take photos of the property using their smart cell phone. Inspectors then fill out a form on their cell phone using a downloadable app and answer multiple-choice questions about the property condition. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber Drivers, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Pizza delivery.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
