We are seeking a reliable local individual to handle property inspections in and around Hattiesburg, including nearby towns like Petal, Laurel, and Purvis. Each inspection is brief, involving driving to the address, taking photos, noting occupancy status, and completing a short checklist via our app. Most tasks take 10-20 minutes. You can select jobs near your location to minimize travel. Payment is per completed inspection via direct deposit, with Mississippi being a strong-paying region. Additional pay is available for grouped and special orders. As a 1099 independent contractor, you have the flexibility to set your own hours and choose the amount of work you accept.
