Requirements

• Experience managing private estates, luxury residential properties, hospitality operations, or high-end real estate portfolios.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household or maintenance staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a large private estate in Quebec, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
• Recruiting, managing, and coordinating estate staff, including housekeeping, maintenance personnel, gardeners, and other household support staff.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Planning and overseeing renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing luxury short-term rental properties in Mont-Tremblant and Bois-Franc, including guest communications, bookings, property readiness, and issue resolution.
• Identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities by reviewing listings and conducting market research throughout Quebec, including monitoring Centris and other relevant sources.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related operations and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and preserve asset value.
• Coordinating administrative activities related to the estate and property portfolio, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
