About The Position

Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area. Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities, develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance, improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement, monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency, and identify operational challenges and develop solutions. The ideal candidate will maintain strong curb appeal and property standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area
• Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence
• Familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
• Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
• Passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
• Passionate about making a difference in communities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
