About The Position

Newbury Living is seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in the Denver or Colorado area, to join their team as a Property Director. This is a full-time, exempt position. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take their leadership to the next level. In this high-impact role, you will oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities, develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance, improve resident retention, satisfaction, and engagement, monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals, and delinquency, identify operational challenges and develop solutions, and maintain strong curb appeal and property standards. Requirements

• 5+ years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area
• Strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence
• Familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
• Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
• Passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
• Passionate about making a difference in communities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
