About The Position

The Property Claims Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the claims process, ensuring timely, fair, and efficient resolution. This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend or Madison) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. At West Bend, we're looking for an experienced Property Claims Director who is ready to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and elevate the claims experience for our policyholders and agency partners. Requirements

10+ years of property claims experience
Successfully led claims teams and managed complex, high-exposure claims for at least 5 years
Uses data and insights to drive business decisions
Embraces technology and process improvement opportunities
Builds strong relationships and inspires teams to perform at their best
