Property Damage Liaison

FarrinDurham, NC

About The Position

The Property Damage Liaison is responsible for making the initial weeks after a wreck less stressful for clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all property damage related questions. This client-experience focused role ensures clients feel supported and informed throughout the repair, total loss valuation, rental car, storage, and towing processes. Success is measured by client satisfaction rather than billable output. The liaison will also act as an internal resource for property damage inquiries and assist with diminished value claims and total loss arbitration files under attorney supervision.
