Property Damage Casualty Adjuster
About The Position
Davies North America is seeking experienced insurance professional adjusters to handle collision, comprehensive, and property damage liability auto claims. This position will support the Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division and is a remote, work-from-home role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Collaboration with team members and clients, along with an open and flexible attitude, are essential. Primary duties include daily claims handling, customer interaction, client collaboration, diary management, issuing payments, and drafting letters, among other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Texas All-Lines Adjuster License (Must be obtainable)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software and other business-related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Maintain regular and dependable attendance
- Be available and able to perform job responsibilities during established work hours
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience handling Collision, Comprehensive and PD claims involving personal auto is preferred
- Georgia, Alabama, Florida License a plus
