About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Custodian for Retirement Residence of Plum and Northwood Commons. This role involves performing cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work. Responsibilities include cleaning snow from entrances and sidewalks, and assisting with lawn mowing and hedge trimming when requested. The custodian will also be responsible for checking trash areas, removing large trash to the chute, and changing dumpsters as needed.
Requirements
- Must have valid PA Drivers License
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred
