The Public Works Service Area Real Estate Team is looking for a Property Coordinator Program Assistant to join their dynamic team! This role will work with their supervisor to determine their schedule. Community Service Aide (I-IV) positions have a maximum of 1,400 hours in a calendar year. The Public Works Service Area Real Estate Team, on behalf of Portland Parks & Recreation, supports the equitable management of more than 11,677 acres of parkland, including 157 developed parks and more than 200 buildings and structures (community centers, residential, commercial, retail, office, industrial, and other). Our goal is to deliver a wide range of parks and recreation services to a diverse array of park users. This role drafts and negotiates a variety of real estate agreements, provides support and processing for the Non-Park Use Permit program, coordinates resolution of tenant issues, and performs property research. The Property Coordinator Program Assistant (CSA III) manages and reports out on assigned projects and other related work. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of drafting and negotiating legal language, conducting negotiations, and performing real estate research.
