This role is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Claims team, supervising claim investigations, reviewing and approving claim settlements and reserves, and advising team members. The Financial Institution Services division provides risk management and product enhancement programs to various lenders and dealers, insuring a wide range of collateral. The supervisor is responsible for the performance and coaching of their staff, including talent selection, development, and performance management, as well as providing training to new team members. The role requires exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and ensures the team's knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, claims procedures, and industry laws and regulations.
