You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Houston, TX area.
Requirements
- Background in customer service.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule.
- Wired internet service installed directly into your home (Cable, Fiber-optic, DSL broadband). Wireless-only services are not allowed (Cellular/mobile hotspots, Fixed wireless, Satellite internet).
- Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement: The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable. Wi-Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.
- Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Already have a Life or Health license.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
- Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
- Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
