Requirements

Background in customer service.
Ability to pass a background check.
Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule.
Wired internet service installed directly into your home (Cable, Fiber-optic, or DSL broadband). Wireless-only services are not allowed.
Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement: The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable. Wi-Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.
Must be able to take the state exam in the greater Corpus Christi area.

Nice To Haves

Call center experience is a plus.
Already have a Life or Health license.

Responsibilities

Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
