As a Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. This role offers full-time hours and is seasonal, running through February, with the potential for permanent placement afterward. Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient PC and multitasking skills
Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
Fluent in spoken and written English
Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
Modem updated in the past 12 months
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Must be authorized to work in the US
