We’re currently looking for Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences — all from the comfort of home. As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient PC and multitasking skills
- Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Modem updated in the past 12 months
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
- Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
- Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
- Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
