About The Position

As a Property and Procurement intern, you will be exposed to the different ways our groups support the bank and interact internally on a day-to-day basis. You will learn and develop a wide variety of technical and soft skills. Through participating in our 10-week program, interns will have the opportunity to shadow senior level leaders, interact with interns across alternate business lines and apply the skillset they develop to a real-life business case in which they will present to their prospective team. Interns who join the program and are strong performers will have the opportunity to be hired for a full-time role within the organization following graduation.

Requirements

  • Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration.
  • An eagerness to learn about Real Estate, Procurement and Business Operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively with team members
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Required Cumulative GPA: 3.0+
  • Expected Graduation Date: May 2028 – May 2029
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
  • This position is not eligible for CPT, OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Interns who are hired to this program will be placed on one of the teams within Property and Procurement.
  • The program will feature structured and unstructured learning, providing for cross exposure to the other groups within the Property and Procurement team and outside of the group.
  • Each intern will complete a series of case studies to develop a well-rounded skillset, and each will have an individual project for the 10-weeks with final presentations taking place the final week.
