Management Services Corporation (MSC), one of The Caton Companies, is one of Virginia's leading property management companies. We are seeking full time Summer Property Management Interns for 2027. Our Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, property management, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Active college student pursuing a degree in Property Management or similar.

Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, property management, and maintenance.
- Exposure to a variety of situations and conditions normally experienced on the job.
- Develop and evaluate their career path in the property management industry.
- Opportunities for involvement in marketing, management, and maintenance by actively participating in daily operations, special projects, and staff meetings.
