Requirements

Independent and gritty mindset.
Enjoyment of physical work and being outdoors.
Comfortable using hand and power tools, or willingness to be trained.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of assigned properties, both inside and out.
Conduct weekly walk-throughs to identify and address potential issues.
Perform painting, repairing, cleaning, and other small maintenance tasks.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions (snow, sun, rain).
Build friendly relationships with residents and respond to their concerns.
Utilize software for time management and resident communication.
Identify areas for improvement and take initiative to enhance properties.
Critically think and find efficient, lasting solutions for unexpected issues.
Pay attention to small details that impact the property's feel.
