About The Position
The Grounds Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the property's exterior, outdoor public areas, and all areas between the property lines and the building structure. This role ensures the curb appeal of the property is maintained and all outdoor areas are free of litter and debris.
Requirements
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Groundskeeping, landscaping or EVS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the property exterior, outdoor public areas and all areas between the property lines and the building structure.
- Emptying all parking lot trash receptacles.
- Removing all litter from parking areas, landscaped areas and public sidewalks.
- Maintaining curb appeal at all property lines.
- Collecting all trash inside the pool courtyard area.
- Emptying all exterior pool trash cans.
- Ensuring pool area is clean of all litter and debris.
- Maintaining cleanliness of crewmember parking (gravel lot).
- Clearing and maintaining cleanliness of retention pond areas and shrubbery.
- Emptying large trash receptacle into dumpster as needed, no less than end of each shift.
- Keeping potted plants around pool area watered and free of trash.
- Periodic sweeping of parking areas as needed.
- Assisting with securing pool furniture during storm preparation.
- Other job duties as assigned by management.
