Requirements

Independent and gritty mindset; ability to work with minimal supervision.
Enjoy physical work and being outdoors.
Comfortable using hand and power tools, or willingness to be trained.
Good communication skills and ability to resolve issues.
Strong time management skills and reliability.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Must be over 18 years old.

Experience with software used to manage time and connect with residents.

Responsibilities

Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of assigned properties, both inside and out.
Conduct weekly walk-throughs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Perform painting, repairs, cleaning, and other small maintenance tasks.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions (snow, sun, rain) to maintain property appearance.
Build friendly relationships with residents and respond to their concerns with care.
Identify areas for improvement within properties and take initiative to enhance them.
Critically think and find efficient, lasting solutions for unexpected issues.
Pay close attention to details to ensure properties have a positive feel.
