About The Position

You will be the Property Analyst Stf for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for performing property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate‑contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.

Requirements

• Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset‑management requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI‑driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities at the sites.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Managing property accountability from acquisition through disposition while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and related standards.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external property assessments, analyze results, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
• Develop Basis of Estimates during the proposal phase and provide justification to capture teams.
• Interact with customers, federal oversight agencies, and internal personnel to investigate and remediate compliance matters.
• Provide guidance and training on business‑system processes, legal interpretations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure major business systems and processes support domestic and international transactions.
