About The Position

The Manufacturing Planner for the Pike County Operations team is responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume aerospace assemblies that power mission-critical systems. This person will work Tues-Fri. As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for driving production efficiency through precise planning and cross-functional coordination. This role offers the chance to influence high-impact aerospace programs while working with cutting-edge planning tools in a supportive environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
  • Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
  • Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM
  • Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control
  • Understanding of MRP / supply and demand management.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
  • Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Green Belt certified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.
  • Performing DD250 Delivery Analyst activities for multiple programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supervision, operators, and internal customers.
  • Manage inventory and monitor consumable material levels.
  • Provide program health information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
