About The Position

The Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) for the Pike County Operations team is responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume aerospace assemblies that power mission-critical systems. This role drives production efficiency through precise planning and cross-functional coordination. The position requires developing expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning, executing MRP runs to compare inventory levels against order demand, analyzing shortages, excesses, and anomalies. The planner will coordinate kit releases, resolve part shortages, perform DD250 Delivery Analyst activities, and maintain production planning & control (PP&C) metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for providing program health information and improving production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with production scheduling, capacity analysis, and material control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Responsibilities
