About The Position

You will be the Property Analyst Asc Mgr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple off‑site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations. As the Property Analyst Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of Asset Management professionals, driving performance, and safeguarding valuable assets.

Requirements

Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset‑management requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and AI‑driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
Ability to travel as needed to support sites and audit activities at the sites.
Candidate needs to have previous experience in the compressive small site Asset Management responsibilities.
Able to support MFC EO subcontractor, and all other activities as needed.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Have a Certification from National Property Management Association.
Experienced in use of new 1LMX system

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing asset‑management team.
Establish and enforce policies that maintain accountability of company, government, and contractor assets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor site performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance asset stewardship.
