Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, tenants and vendors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and ensure accuracy of work.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

Responsibilities

Prepare tenant notices and letters
Update and maintain property information and other property tracking logs
Gather, maintain and follow-up on tenant maintenance responsibility compliance
Track roof management, leaks and repairs
Assist in the preparation of vendor and construction contracts
Responsible for ensuring timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Perform data entry, maintain and create reports and documents in various software systems including Microsoft Office applications, as well as our internal accounting software systems (MRI and Kardin)
Gather, maintain and follow-up on Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors
