Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED + 4 years of property management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Forklift certification
  • Working knowledge of property management processes
  • Basic computer skills (SAP/Maximo preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on government or NASA installations
  • Familiarity with NASA property systems and processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry and maintenance of property records
  • Track and report equipment and materials
  • Input and update transactions in SAP and Maximo
  • Assist with inventory activities (open, manage, close)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain accurate property records in SAP, Maximo, and the NASA Property Management System
  • Ensure compliance with NASA property policies (NPR 4100 and 4200)
  • Manage annual inventory processes (planning, execution, closeout)
  • Support equipment control, tracking, and disposal activities
  • Provide guidance to end users on property procedures
  • Perform duties within required timelines and customer expectations
