•$100,000 - $120,000•Onsite

About The Position

Trueline is looking for a hands-on Property Accountant to join our growing accounting team in Stockton, CA. This is an opportunity for an accountant who enjoys being close to the day-to-day accounting work and wants to take ownership within a large, multi-entity real estate environment. Our portfolio includes more than 100 residential and manufactured housing communities/entities across the West Coast, creating an accounting environment that is fast-paced, detailed, and highly transactional. This is not a purely analytical or high-level financial reporting position. The Property Accountant will be actively involved in reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger activity, AP/AR-related accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and resolving discrepancies across assigned properties. The right person is someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, figuring out why something doesn't reconcile, and making sure the books are accurate.
