About The Position

Moodreact is a full-service maintenance company supporting homes and businesses with electricians, appliance repair technicians, plumbers, and general labor teams. The Promotions Assistant helps execute promotional activities, distribute marketing materials, and communicate information about company services. The role involves face-to-face customer interaction, teamwork, and contributing to promotional experiences at designated locations and events.

Responsibilities

Assist with carrying out promotional campaigns and customer outreach activities.
Represent company services and approved promotional offerings at designated locations and events.
Engage with customers and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Distribute promotional materials and explain relevant information clearly.
Help prepare displays, presentation materials, and supplies for promotional activities.
Support event setup and ensure promotional areas remain organized and presentable.
Answer general questions and direct more detailed inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Gather customer feedback and report observations to supervisors.
Coordinate with colleagues to meet campaign schedules and activity goals.
Maintain accurate records of promotional materials and assigned activities.
