About The Position

The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to develop practical skills in marketing, promotions, communication, campaign coordination, and brand development. You will work closely with the team to help organize promotional activities, support marketing campaigns, prepare materials, communicate with internal teams and customers, and ensure projects are completed effectively and professionally.

• Assist with market research and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials.
• Track campaign activities and help prepare performance updates and reports.
• Support administrative and organizational tasks related to marketing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative promotional ideas.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and campaign documentation.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during promotional initiatives and business activities.
