Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Sales Support Manager. The work model for the role is a mix of onsite and remote work with a certain onsite presence requested. In this exciting role, you will contribute your expertise in analytical technology and be responsible for preparing proposals and managing projects in the field of continuous gas analysis. You will be responsible for local proposal and project management within our business unit and will drive sustainable change. In doing so, you will ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with regulations, standards, and targets. You’ll become part of a dedicated and talented team that uses innovative analytical techniques to create sustainable solutions and optimize industrial processes—a challenge that’s both rewarding and meaningful.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in analytical technology.
Experience in a comparable position with relevant technologies and products.
Sales experience, including working directly with customers on-site, and successfully completed larger projects both domestically and internationally.
Innovative, enthusiastic about efficient structures and processes, and have a strong passion for communication and problem-solving.
Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience in analytical technology.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Reviewing, providing technical clarification, and conducting preliminary commercial assessments, as well as performing risk reviews for our clients’ inquiries and orders.
Preparing quotes, processing orders and projects, and supporting our clients from the quotation phase through to successful project completion.
Monitoring project deadlines, costs, and risks, and regularly reporting costs and project status to the Controlling department and the Head of Project Management.
Preparing project documentation and conducting customer acceptance tests on-site at the customer’s location or at the system integrator’s site.
Supporting the field sales team on-site during joint customer visits when necessary.
