About The Position
As a Projects Intern/Trainee, you will provide operational support to one or more projects by fully or partially taking over specific project management tasks assigned by the Project Manager. Seeking a current student or recent graduate who is available to start as soon as possible and work on a full-time basis, year-round. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Requirements
- Currently a student pursuing your Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Currently a student enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Project starting phase that includes support in: Creation of Project handbook & Communication plan execution SLI-R setup Complete setup of L1 & L2 schedules PRKF organization Data Protection & Export control
- Project execution phase that includes support in: Clean Project Plan status tracking Change Request Management Budget tracking (internal hours & costs) Schedule monitoring Financial reporting Project Quick Response Quality Control & SLI-R update
- STR and SiPH role model that includes: Project's SiPH tailoring and support STR Key User role & active exchange w/ the PMO network
