Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree
  • Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
  • Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
  • Comfortable with hands-on laboratory and testing activities
  • Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Excels at managing multiple priorities
  • Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
  • Delivers quality work on time
  • Enjoys working across teams
  • Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
  • Maintains a positive attitude while helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from kickoff through final reporting, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and value-driven results.
  • Coordinate multiple testing projects simultaneously.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations.
  • Schedule and execute laboratory testing activities.
  • Operate specialized testing equipment and collect technical data.
  • Create client-facing reports and documentation.
  • Manage project timelines and laboratory resources.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and facility operations.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and organization activities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business.
  • Work safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation.
