Requirements

Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree
Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
Comfortable with hands-on laboratory and testing activities
Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Excels at managing multiple priorities
Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
Delivers quality work on time
Enjoys working across teams
Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
Maintains a positive attitude while helping others succeed

Responsibilities

Manage projects from kickoff through final reporting, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and value-driven results.
Coordinate multiple testing projects simultaneously.
Partner with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations.
Schedule and execute laboratory testing activities.
Operate specialized testing equipment and collect technical data.
Create client-facing reports and documentation.
Manage project timelines and laboratory resources.
Support shipping, receiving, and facility operations.
Perform equipment maintenance and organization activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business.
Work safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation.
