Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical laboratory testing activities
Basic computer proficiency, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Forklift experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, technical, or testing environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on package and distribution testing using specialized laboratory equipment
Collect and document testing data accurately and efficiently
Support both accredited and non-accredited testing projects
Maintain, organize, repair, and calibrate facility equipment as needed
Operate forklifts safely and responsibly
Manage testing and laboratory records within company databases
Follow established procedures while taking initiative when challenges arise
Contribute to a safe, organized, and high-performing workplace
