About The Position

PuroClean is hiring a Project Team Leader to manage and complete property-restoration jobs according to PuroClean processes and work orders. The role involves coordinating job requirements and workflow, completing documentation, performing and supervising production work, and monitoring jobs through completion. Project Team Leaders respond to service calls when needed, enforce job-site safety procedures, and work to ensure customer needs are met. The position also includes customer communication, sales and marketing activities such as add-on sales and security checks, and relationship-building with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Leaders coach and train production technicians, support equipment and financial asset management, perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, and help maintain the facility. The role calls for timely, accurate documentation and communication, attention to established production costs, and a clean, orderly job site. Team members are expected to provide compassionate, high-quality service to people affected by property damage. This franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. Compensation is $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

Restoration experience is required.
No felony convictions.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and remain active on one's feet for prolonged periods.
Able to work in a crawlspace.
Able to demolish water-, mold-, and fire-damaged building materials.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Willingness to learn to drive a box truck; no CDL is required.
Willingness to continue learning and growing, with the ability to lead and coach teammates.
Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care of facilities, assets, and equipment.
Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating information clearly.
Awareness of and respect for safety, with care and caution around teammates and customers.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines, with organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean processes and work orders.
Respond to service calls when needed.
Establish efficient job flow and coordinate job requirements.
Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform and supervise production work and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish.
Follow and enforce safety procedures on job sites.
Monitor jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
Communicate and build relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
Maintain production costs at the established rate.
Represent the brand and manage customer satisfaction.
Perform all aspects of production processes and continue developing production skills and expertise.
Manage financial assets and equipment.
Follow uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide.
Leave job sites clean and orderly.
Coach and train production staff and technicians.
Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment and oversee facility maintenance.
Communicate clearly with office staff, the immediate supervisor, fellow technicians, and customers.
Work to meet customer needs with kindness and empathy and exceed customer expectations.
