Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive project coordination experience
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Newforma, Speclink, or Bluebeam
- Experience in MEP, A&E, or construction industries
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Support project managers and technical teams with documentation and logistics
- Maintain accurate project records and databases
- Assist with proposals, reports, and presentations
- Provide exceptional service to internal teams and external clients
