About The Position

The Project Systems Manager will be responsible for assisting the Superintendent in managing field personnel with the installation, implementation, and testing of low voltage systems. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering team spirit, coaching, and mentoring. The position involves managing project startup, mobilization, and ensuring clear administrative responsibilities within the project team. Proficiency in computer-based CPM scheduling, construction management software, and Microsoft Office Products is essential.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with tasks related to job startup and mobilization.
  • Experience ensuring clear delineation of managerial and administrative responsibilities within the project team.
  • Ability to develop effective presentations and project-specific write-ups for qualification packages.
  • Interdepartmental collaborations and cross-functionality.
  • Fluent with computer-based CPM scheduling programs.
  • Fluent with construction management software.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Proven success in completing multimillion-dollar projects.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience as a leader and team player in engineering, construction, or related field.
