Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Project Surveyor Licensed in Pennsylvania (PLS). You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Survey.
Professional Surveyor license (PLS).
10 to 15 years of civil surveying experience.
Boundary retracements and subdivisions.
Topographic surveys.
Land Development.

Nice To Haves

Carlson Survey CAD experience a PLUS.
Carlson Survey data collection experience a PLUS.
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a PLUS.

Responsibilities

Provide deed plotting review and boundary solve, review and stamp plans.
Attend municipal meetings for various submittals such as subdivision & planning.
Perform field work and site visits for verification.
Data translation/transfer and point generation for stakeouts.
Ability or willingness to learn LiDAR/point cloud data processing.
Carlson Survey CAD and standard drafting techniques and applications.
Work with your Project Manager to coordinate with field crews and assist in preparing proposals.
