The Project Support Specialist will work on projects as assigned. The incumbent must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with faculty, students, staff, and community members. The incumbent must possess demonstrated organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. The successful incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful incumbent must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful incumbent must possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. The successful incumbent must possess a commitment to providing professional and welcoming customer service to diverse audiences. The incumbent must possess an ability to support, coordinate, and implement a variety of events and programs. The successful incumbent must possess the ability to create publicity and promotional materials and manage website content. Specific duties include maintaining the CKS website and publicity materials, coordinating activities related to CKS degree programs, assisting with the planning and implementation of CKS events, leading student assistants, responding to inquiries and visitors, and supporting the Center’s daily administrative operations and routines. Other duties may be assigned.
