About The Position

The Temporary Project Coordinator - SLICE grant serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty and staff involved with the SLICE (STEM Learning Interdisciplinary Community Expansion) Scholarship Program. This position provides administrative support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Serving in an administrative capacity and providing support to the Principal Investigator, project manager and other members of the team
  • Assisting with managing the budget and reconciling financial reports; ensuring compliance with federal regulations; assisting with overseeing contracts
  • Interacting with key stakeholders including faculty, staff and students who are involved in the SLICE program
  • Managing daily office operations, responding to and sending correspondence, notetaking, maintaining office calendars, scheduling meetings, processing orders, and making reservations and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the SLICE grant's social media presence
  • Responding to other tasks as needed
