Project Superintendent Location: Phoenix, AZ · On-site · Full-time
About The Position
As a Project Superintendent, you will uphold our mission by collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure a safe work environment, deliver high-quality projects on schedule, and achieve fair and reasonable profits. You will serve as the main point of contact at the job site, make critical field decisions, and ensure proper project execution. This role involves managing scheduling, delivery logistics, staging, phasing, quality control, and employee staffing levels. You will address field issues, involve Owners, Architects, and Engineers as needed, and oversee safety and quality standards according to Client BIG 5. Responsibilities include implementing safety requirements, conducting safety training, investigating incidents, developing and managing project QAQC, overseeing trade partners, and supervising field staff. Administrative duties include managing timesheets, daily reports, and jobsite equipment, ensuring compliance with codes, and handling punch lists. You will also assist in estimating and preconstruction efforts and utilize Procore for daily logs, drawing navigation, and RFI creation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of jobsite supervision experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Ability to understand and create project schedules, update active schedules, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to run effective Trade Partner and OAC meetings.
- Experience utilizing BIM technologies, including BIM Glue and Navisworks.
- OSHA 30 certified.
- Experience building from the ground up on more than 5 projects.
- Thorough understanding of construction means, methods, and documentation.
Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project QAQC, including pre-installation meetings and visual inspections.
- Oversee trade partners, project logistics, and schedule adherence.
- Supervise and develop field staff, including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Field Engineers, and Interns.
- Manage timesheets and daily reports.
- Handle jobsite equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and ADA requirements.
- Document and execute Client punch lists and manage inspections.
- Assist in estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction efforts.
- Utilize Procore for daily logs, drawing navigation, and RFI creation.
