About The Position
Construction Force Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent / Foreman to oversee daily field operations on commercial, institutional, and public works construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and a commitment to maintaining safe and productive job sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
- OSHA 30 Card, 62 HR SST
- Valid driver's license
- Extensive knowledge of all construction trades, including: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, Roofing, Concrete, Drywall, Painting, Site Work.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Running crews
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
- Coordinate deliveries, manpower, and project logistics.
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
- Prepare daily reports and project updates.
