About The Position
The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents oversees the profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing with, coordinating, and directing other trades. The role is responsible for all areas on medium or large projects, including prime contracts, and for safety, planning, cost, and productivity while perpetuating an SQP culture. The Project Superintendent also maintains high-level client relationships through professional conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Line and grade experience.
- Foreman experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems.
- May require appropriate craft certifications.
